‘COVID- 19’ is the most top of the topic of everything. This was started at the beginning of this February and still now this is going and going. No medicine has not been found yet! Hundreds and  Thousands of people are dying every day in every country. Full abbreviation of COVID-19 is ‘CO’ corona, ‘VI’ for the virus, and lastly ‘D’ for the disease. After the declaration of the World Health Organization ‘WHO’ that COVID19 is a global pandemic then Humans responded this in a different way in every country. People started purchasing their daily necessary ingredients more and more. On many stores products were stock out just before the lockdown, people purchased foods, necessary ingredients to the fullest. But still, some couldn’t do that due to some reasons. At the very start of the lockdown, stores were closed for the safety of their staff. Still, there was the same small business that was still operating their business by providing home delivery to their customers. In one sense we as termed COVID19 as a disaster for everyone but at the same time, this is not a disaster for everyone. This isn’t a disaster for the small entrepreneurs and also for the people who were thinking to start a business. In this pandemic situation, many business are establishing, they are working to the fullest. If we look around us we’ll be able to see many new online businesses. Many entrepreneurs are using this lockdown as their opportunity to grow their business faster, easier, and successfully with a very highly goodwill from their customers. In a sense, it can be said that this COVID19 is a blessing for the new and small entrepreneurs.

Online business or e-business are those which are done through using the internet and the functions are fully done online. Buying and selling products or services everything is done online. The concept of online business is not a new concept but not in this COVID19  situation, this concept is playing a very vital role in our day to day life. People are engaging in online things very much. Commercial and non-commercial transactions everything is happening online. In 1996 “e-business” was cast by IBM’s marketing and internet team. Online business or E-business is getting much priority nowadays but there exist a lot of questions among the customers. The security question is among the topmost asked and concerned questions among them. Security of the product and also the online transactions should be ensured. Online shopping is making our life easier but also there is some online business who are cheating with the customers and destroying the goodwill of the online business. In this lockdown situation, people are getting more and more comfortably into this. People are trusting the online businesses they are purchasing their desired product from various online stores. But the more concerning portion of online business is that about the rating. The rating customers are giving to the stores is the main concern of the online businesses because from that rating people will come to know more about their e-commerce shop. If the rating is good people will trust more and as we know the more the rating is the more the trust will be and the trust will bring the customers regularly, and sometimes the customers will do some marketing by telling their friends or families about the online store. This will do the free marketing part too! So first thing first the online businesses should give more priority to customer satisfaction and they must deliver a genuine product to their customers. And then the safe transaction process. After the product delivery process or the order placing process it comes to the delivery issues, there are many businesses that give many efforts to the delivery system and the product qualification system but again there are some businesses that aren’t that concerned about the delivery process. They deliver their product like after so many days later after placing the order. Usually much online business gives their product delivered within 3-4 working days after placing the order. But those don’t give the product in due time they face many losses like they lose customers more, they don’t get good ratings and much more difficulties they face. Customers eagerly wait for their products, so if there is any delay they have the full right to know about that. The product should be delivered within the given time. Lastly, the transaction period, Who doesn’t want a safe and secure transaction? There is no one who doesn’t value their money. In the case of online business their arrises a question that “Is this safe?”. Giving money in advance is very risky sometimes. The option many businesses use that is Cash on Delivery (COD). This method is safe and secure and also liked by the customers too! Again some online store offers advance payment to get a discount. Customers don’t feel safe in case of advance payment whether they get a discount or not. But this is very workable for the verified online business pages. They get many more customers by running this campaign. Is the case of online payment the customers should be alert. Because there are many fake business pages that are stealing the customer’s money in the same of giving genuine products. Customers should only trust the verified pages in case of any online payment.

Forming any online business is very easy. You have to choose your product or service first, take a perfect picture of that. Upload it to your online store with a good caption and wait for the customers to respond. You can sell anything in which you think you are an expert. You can give your customers the opportunity to contact you after the product delivery or you can contact them to know how they are enjoying the product, is they are comfortable or not, is there any problem. This will be helpful for your goodwill/ ratings. They will be comfortable purchasing next time from your site. This thing will make your customer relation good and will make your customers fixed to you. After-sales support service/ support team is also very essential. It might happen that some of your customers have a problem with the product or they are facing difficulties operating the product. In those cases, your support team will be your goodwill saver. 

In this COVID19 situation, establishing an online business will be a great move for you. This time and the coming time is depending online whatever you say this is the real truth. People are getting comfortable in purchasing online. Many cars, bikes, and products that are very costly are also sold online. First thing first you have to understand the concept of people/ your customers, you need to know their demands and all. Now in the present day, almost everything is being sold online. Lower to top-level products are also being sold. And as we know we all are in lockdown and this is very natural we can’t go out and buy the products which are necessary for us. In this situation, we need the products and we search for them online. Seeing many options we choose the best and at a comparatively low price. In this way, we can also use this COVID19 as an opportunity and establish our own online business. If we start now there is a chance to get more customers and by delivering the genuine product we can earn goodwill and money also. Many people are also selling education online like the students aren’t able to go to their offline classes as before they are also searching their lectures online so you can also sell your education as a service. There are also various online earning platforms from which you can earn money.

People are concerned about the safety of them and as well as their families too. And while purchasing online they also think about safety. So many online shoppers are now focusing on the safety of their customers and their delivery boy too! The delivery boys are using a fresh mask and gloves and in this way, they are ensuring the safety of their customers and others.
